About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner in the operation and management of regional industrial assets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive properties, and leasing opportunities
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with potential tenants
- Oversee third-party leasing teams, property management, and vendor relationships
- Manage new and ongoing lease negotiations in coordination with in-house and third-party counsel
- Assist in the administration of capital expenditures and oversee third-party construction managers
- Support the post-acquisition budget process, annual budgeting, and strategic reforecasting
- Assist with due diligence for future acquisitions, including tenant interviews and underwriting assumptions
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management reporting and portfolio data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of direct experience in asset management
- Strong budgeting skills with proficiency in Yardi and Excel
- Ability to travel domestically
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage complex transactional details and internal/external relationships

- Direct experience in leasing
