Sr. Associate, Surgical Field Sales

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and promote intraocular lens products to medical practitioners and allied healthcare professionals
• Drive sales, productivity, and performance targets within established budgets and timescales
• Develop business plans and implement activities such as customer events, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations
• Provide key account and hospital network support, including managing referral networks and market access
• Maintain deep knowledge of products, positioning, competitors, and company developments
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build best-in-class professional relationships
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally in accordance with company procedures
• Complete all sales reporting and documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Devices Sales
• Previous experience in Ophthalmology
• Fluency in both English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license and passport
• Completed military service
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
