Sr Associate Supply Chain Planner

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across planning systems, including SAP and RapidResponse
• Manage the purchase order lifecycle, including creation, issuance, and confirmation tracking
• Monitor inventory health, including aging and expiry risks, and coordinate mitigation efforts
• Reconcile inventory between CMO reports and SAP to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Execute system transactions for inbound and outbound shipments, such as GR and PGI
• Monitor critical milestones like disposition and deviation closure to escalate potential delays
• Support master data lifecycle activities, including the creation of new material masters
• Analyze demand and forecast changes to provide execution-level insights

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Manufacturing
• Experience working within a regulated industry
• At least 2 years of experience working in teams, projects, or programs
• Proficiency with SAP transactional processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply chain
• Familiarity with Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements
• Understanding of quality systems, including deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
• Strong data analysis, organizational, and presentation skills
