Sr. Associate, Supply Chain Engineering

Responsibilities

• Own and support the full procure-to-pay lifecycle from purchase request intake through invoice reconciliation and closeout
• Validate scope, pricing, specifications, delivery terms, tax treatment, and approvals prior to PO issuance
• Issue and track purchase orders in ERP systems in alignment with internal controls
• Proactively expedite suppliers to confirm production schedules and committed ship dates
• Track long-lead and critical-path equipment to ensure alignment with project schedules
• Identify early risk indicators including capacity constraints or logistics bottlenecks
• Develop and maintain standardized P2P workflows and logistics reporting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain operations, procure-to-pay, or logistics coordination
• Native or fluent Mandarin
• Demonstrated experience managing purchase orders and expediting suppliers
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple high-value orders simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Odoo
