Sr Associate Software Engineer - Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Build responsive, mobile-first, and user-centric interfaces for enterprise Insights and Field Intelligence use cases
• Develop secure and scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using REST/GraphQL architectures
• Design and implement AI-enabled applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Develop RAG solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
• Implement AI agent workflows and orchestration frameworks to automate business processes
• Leverage AWS cloud services to build scalable, resilient, and secure application platforms
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for application deployment and lifecycle management
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5-8 years of professional experience in software engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Proven experience building scalable RESTful APIs and backend services
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and integrating vector databases
• Experience with AWS cloud data platforms
• Required AWS Professional or Associate certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning workflows such as Databricks ML
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI context management approaches
• Knowledge of real-time or streaming architectures
• Understanding of field analytics, CRM data models, or commercial insights use cases
• OpenAI, Generative AI, or Cloud AI-related certifications
