About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Perform Salesforce configuration including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and security settings
- Support data migration and management activities using Data Loader and other ETL tools
- Leverage AI-enabled development tools to improve productivity and accelerate delivery timelines
- Research and develop proof of concepts (PoCs) for emerging Salesforce capabilities and AI-driven solutions
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and development standards
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 to 9 years of professional Salesforce development experience
- Deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows and platform configuration
- Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Hands-on experience with Data Loader and ETL tools
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security models
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
- Experience with MuleSoft development and enterprise integration patterns
- Exposure to AI-driven platforms and Agentforce capabilities
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (e.g., Copado)
- Experience in multi-org, enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
