Sr. Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Perform Salesforce configuration including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and security settings
• Support data migration and management activities using Data Loader and other ETL tools
• Leverage AI-enabled development tools to improve productivity and accelerate delivery timelines
• Research and develop proof of concepts (PoCs) for emerging Salesforce capabilities and AI-driven solutions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and development standards

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5 to 9 years of professional Salesforce development experience
• Deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows and platform configuration
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Hands-on experience with Data Loader and ETL tools
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security models

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
• Experience with MuleSoft development and enterprise integration patterns
• Exposure to AI-driven platforms and Agentforce capabilities
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (e.g., Copado)
• Experience in multi-org, enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
