Sr. Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of the Revenue Management ecosystem
• Manage AWS roles, Veracode configuration, and access management for application security scanning
• Set up GitLab repositories and configure pipelines to streamline CI/CD workflows
• Administer Databricks workspaces, including user access, permissions, and platform integration
• Perform hands-on Databricks development, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Develop innovative solutions using generative AI technologies and cloud-native architectures
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for software architecture, design, and operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5 to 9 years of professional software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms and AWS RedShift
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL/NoSQL
• Experience with Databricks workspace management and development
• Hands-on experience with GitLab pipelines and CI/CD workflows
• Experience with Veracode for application security scanning
• Strong understanding of API integration, serverless, and microservices architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Databricks certifications
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
• Experience working within Agile practices and global, virtual teams
