Sr Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment, managing scope, risk, and timelines
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and integrate Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
• Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology and generative AI
• Conduct code reviews, develop unit and integration tests, and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Analyze functional and technical requirements to translate them into software architecture and design specifications
• Identify and resolve software bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality software

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5-9 years of professional experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing SFMC applications
• 5+ years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce core cloud platforms (Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, or Service Cloud)
• 2+ years of experience with Databricks and Mulesoft technologies
• 2+ years of experience with AWS Services (EC2, S3, Redshift/Spectrum, or Lambda)
• Experience with Design Thinking and Lean Startup principles
