Sr Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Lightning components using LWC and Aura frameworks
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and custom controllers
• Configure roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure appropriate access control
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Utilize Copado to manage source control, deployments, and pipeline automation
• Collaborate with quality and validation teams to ensure development adheres to GxP and compliance requirements
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including design reviews, sprint planning, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve development or configuration issues during QA, UAT, and production support

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in software engineering or related field
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Apex, and Visualforce
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Experience with DevOps tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Experience with Copado for deployment automation and release management
• Experience working in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise application support
