About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify analytical methods for drug products, with a primary focus on peptides and supporting work on antibody–drug conjugates, siRNA, and monoclonal antibodies
- Support formulation development, DP process development, and stability testing for preclinical and clinical stage programs
- Author and review technical documents, including SOPs, method performance reports, and method transfer documents
- Evaluate, interpret, and present analytical data at team meetings
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and perform independent troubleshooting and instrument maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program development
Requirements
- BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field with ≥4 years of research experience, OR an MS in a related field with ≥2 years of research experience
- Experience with capillary or microchip electrophoresis
- Proficiency with HPLC/UPLC or mass spectrometry
- Proven ability to design experiments, interpret results, and document findings independently
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with biophysical characterization techniques such as DLS, HIAC, and ThT fluorescence assays
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative techniques used in peptide and/or biologic drug products
