About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining strong working relationships with existing customers
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer inquiries and needs in a timely manner
- Develop and execute personal sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets
- Utilize sales tools to effectively track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and forecast results
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals for repair and modernization projects
- Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues to ensure service excellence
Requirements
- Business or technical degree, or 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proven experience selling technical service agreements that require consultation
- Strong customer and service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Target-focused mindset with the ability to work at pace in a complex corporate environment
- High level of commitment, reliability, and professional integrity
