Sr Associate, Sales Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining strong working relationships with existing customers
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer inquiries and needs in a timely manner
• Develop and execute personal sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets
• Utilize sales tools to effectively track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and forecast results
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals for repair and modernization projects
• Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues to ensure service excellence

Requirements

• Business or technical degree, or 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Proven experience selling technical service agreements that require consultation
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
• Target-focused mindset with the ability to work at pace in a complex corporate environment
• High level of commitment, reliability, and professional integrity
