About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and interpret stability studies for pharmaceutical and sterile products in accordance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and approve stability protocols, reports, and related documentation with high scientific rigor.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses to support product release decisions and prevent production issues.
- Provide technical guidance and stability advice to cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results, laboratory deviations, and non-conformances through root cause analysis.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation in compliance with SOPs and GxP regulations.
- Note: This role operates on the second shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
- 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with stability testing programs for pharmaceutical, ophthalmic, or sterile products.
- Hands-on knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and titration.
- Familiarity with ICH stability guidelines (Q1A–Q1F) and FDA/EMA regulatory expectations.
- Strong scientific writing skills for technical reports and regulatory submissions.
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- 2 years of relevant laboratory experience specifically within a GMP-regulated environment.
