Sr. Associate, Quality Assurance Compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical site support to ensure compliance with site, Alcon, and international regulations at the Johns Creek Distribution Center
• Coordinate site gap assessments and conduct independent research to support the harmonization of the Quality Management System
• Manage Quality Systems, Complaints Management, and Supplier Quality Management processes in accordance with cGMP, Health Authority, and ISO standards
• Facilitate the implementation of the Quality Strategy and support governance processes to improve efficiencies
• Manage Quality Information Systems and training programs to maintain a robust quality management system
• Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
• Ability to work onsite in Johns Creek, GA
