Sr. Associate, QA (Vision Care)

Responsibilities

• Investigate product complaints, including product receipt, reconciliation, inspection, and documentation
• Enter investigation results into internal systems and prepare customer-facing reports
• Communicate and align with overseas manufacturing sites regarding investigations
• Drive quality assurance activities in compliance with QMS/GQP requirements
• Manage inspection equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Analyze complaint data and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC)
• Business-level Japanese proficiency
• Working-level English proficiency (ability to read documents and communicate via email)
• Basic PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in the medical device industry
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing or product validation
• Business-level English proficiency
