Sr. Associate Production Planning

Responsibilities

• Maintain material requirement schedules and availability to support production control
• Compile and manage records of material quantity, cost, and type for stock and production
• Support the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between departments according to schedules
• Identify and address material shortages and alert authorities regarding potential problems
• Estimate production rates and log time expenditures to establish operation sequences and lead times
• Execute direct material buying and long-term supply chain strategies
• Monitor production against the master schedule to ensure promised delivery dates are met
• Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 2 years of relevant experience in production planning or supply chain
• Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, California

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical device manufacturing
• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems
• Knowledge of global supply chain operations
• Understanding of capacity planning and manufacturing workflows
• Strong analytical and cross-functional problem-solving skills
