Sr. Associate, Product Development, Footwear

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day development of assigned footwear styles across multiple seasons and categories
• Execute the pass-off of tech packs to manufacturing partners and communicate technical specifications to overseas teams
• Participate in construction reviews with design and technical teams to provide actionable feedback on prototypes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage spec turnover and ensure timely delivery of protos, SMS, and confirmation samples
• Work with materials teams to validate that materials meet cost and quality targets
• Troubleshoot construction, material, and feasibility issues with technical teams and factory partners
• Ensure product integrity by validating logo usage, branding applications, and color standards
• Drive end-to-end buy readiness to ensure all product, material, and specification requirements are completed for production

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in footwear product development or a related field
• Experience working directly with global factories
• Foundational knowledge of footwear construction and technical specifications
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international partners
• Ability to manage multiple products and strict deadlines simultaneously
• High attention to detail and a strong eye for visual execution
