Sr. Associate, People Experience

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of global and regional HR systems, including Talent Review, Performance Management, and succession planning.
• Build a strong talent succession pipeline by developing and implementing High-Potential Management Programs.
• Identify training needs across management levels and implement programs to bridge competency gaps.
• Support the Pfizer Voice employee engagement survey through rollout, analysis, and action planning.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit for specific reporting lines.
• Partner with key HR stakeholders such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Local Operations.
• Provide coaching to managers on HR systems and online tools to increase self-sufficiency.
• Drive the experimentation and implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

• Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or an MBA in HR.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in HR.
• Experience working with Talent Management, Performance Management, and Organizational Development processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certifications.
• Exposure to or a strong interest in AI, digital HR tools, and data-driven decision-making.
