About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Product Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery, including impact assessments and resource alignment.
  • Lead the design-to-delivery and change management of new services and enhancements while enforcing risk, control, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain visibility into business initiatives and client mandates to manage the Payments Operations change pipeline.
  • Define and implement optimized operating models by mapping processes and identifying opportunities for scalability and resiliency.
  • Develop strategic hypotheses and business cases to secure stakeholder buy-in for operational recommendations.
  • Drive process and tool enhancements through proactive reengineering to increase efficiency.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior management and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management or a related domain with a track record of delivering results.
  • Hands-on expertise in operational management, change readiness, and product deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements using digital tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and executives.
  • Logical, structured problem-solving skills and disciplined decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of controls, risk management, and compliance protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Knowledge of the Payments life cycle (e.g., flow of funds, controls) and Payment Operations tools.
  • Experience managing large-scale operations and transformation agendas.
  • Expertise in data analysis and manipulation to support hypothesis generation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to storyboard effectively using PowerPoint.
