Sr. Associate, Mechatronics Design Engineering

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize mechatronic systems by integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot system performance issues
• Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards, including GxP regulations and SOPs
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation and ensure rigorous quality control
• Analyze data and refine control algorithms to support automation and intelligent systems development
• Commit to continuous improvement in operations and organizational compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field)
• 5 years of experience in designing high-precision, automated production equipment
• Hands-on building experience
• Proficiency in SolidWorks
• Strong competency in GD&T and engineering drawing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the optical industry (MTO small to medium)
• Proficiency in PDM
• Background in Automation Engineering or Industrial Automation Engineering
