Sr. Associate, Marketing Communications

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing projects and promotional materials from concept to launch, supporting brand strategy and maximizing ROI.
• Partner with brand teams, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Manage project briefs and collaborate with agency partners to guide design, copy, and content development.
• Route and own all materials for review and approval through regulatory, medical, and legal processes to ensure compliance.
• Manage project timelines, production schedules, and the delivery of marketing assets.
• Negotiate with vendors and agencies, including managing quotes, estimates, and selection processes.
• Champion assigned budgets, track project expenses, and process invoices to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Build relationships with the sales team to understand market dynamics and conduct field-testing for project alignment.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing tools and track competitive initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 2 years of relevant marketing or communications experience.
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
