Sr. Associate, Logistics & Freight Management

Responsibilities

• Conduct freight booking with forwarders and optimize the booking process
• Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to plan freight and drive cost and efficiency improvements
• Set and monitor operational KPIs to ensure logistics performance
• Work closely with service providers to ensure smooth, uninterrupted logistics operations
• Utilize technology and data to achieve supply chain targets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve logistics exceptions and issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
