Sr Associate IS Organizational Effectiveness Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks, prioritizing individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
• Facilitate agile events including stand-ups, sprint/PI planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement.
• Advise on SAFe events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• Identify, escalate, and manage risks and dependencies across Teams, ART, and the Solution train.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive delivery acceleration by increasing scrum maturity.
• Monitor and report on the progress of the Team/ART to ensure transparency and alignment with objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–9 years of experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proven experience with Agile project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align.
• Experience guiding teams through agile events and ensuring adherence to SAFe practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified SAFe Scrum Master, RTE, or STE.
• Experience with workshop facilitation and training.
• Knowledge of CRM Development/Migration, AWS Infrastructure, and Integrations (MuleSoft/Databricks).
