Sr Associate IS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Function as a Data and Analytics Engineer within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) product team
• Integrate data and develop integration queries and ETL pipelines in a Databricks datalake environment
• Lead data analysis and user stories while utilizing CI/CD delivery pipelines to streamline processes through automation
• Develop test classes and automation to validate business logic and prevent production issues
• Research AI/LLM based solutions and drive Proof of Concepts to meet business requirements
• Communicate software and system designs using modeling tools like Miro or Lucid Chart
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, software engineers, and product owners
• Debug and resolve inbound customer challenges to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements

• Master's degree with 3 years of Information Systems experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
• Proven experience with Databricks and developing ETL pipelines
• Proficiency with AWS services and cloud technologies
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power-BI
• Hands-on experience with React UI solutions
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and GitLab

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing in an enterprise environment using the Agile framework
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and SAFe for Teams certification
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of AI/LLM base models and security frameworks
• AWS Developer or User certification
• Experience working within a regulated pharmaceutical environment
