Sr. Associate, Integrated Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational driver for integrated marketing projects, managing project plans, workflows, and timelines
• Guarantee executional consistency across the LA28 portfolio and identify strategic misalignments
• Provide notes, recaps, and presentations to share updates with key stakeholders
• Lead operational relationships with external agencies to ensure work is on time and on brief
• Act as a marketing liaison for external stakeholders including International Federations and Professional Leagues
• Review creative briefs and deliverables with a critical marketing eye to ensure alignment with campaign goals
• Manage administrative tasks including permitting and contract submission

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management and strategic marketing
• Experience in a high-volume advertising agency, in-house marketing team, or major entertainment/sports brand
• Extensive experience launching multi-faceted campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels
• Proven track record of managing relationships with high-profile external partners or governing bodies
• Advanced proficiency with project management software such as Asana or Smartsheet
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
