Sr. Associate - Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling or renewing products and services via telephone or electronic means to assigned territories and accounts
• Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualify sales leads
• Focus on lead qualification, prospecting, and multichannel sales activities (inbound and outbound)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and the company's competitive posture
• Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Support back-end activities including order processing, quotation generation, and delivery follow-up
• Act as a mentor or lead to more junior technical or administrative support personnel

Requirements

• 2-year college degree or equivalent experience with 3 years of functional experience
• OR High School Diploma and 5 years of functional experience
• Technical knowledge of products, systems, and services
• Ability to work under limited supervision and handle non-routine problems through analysis
• Proven ability to work independently and determine methods for new assignments
