Sr. Associate III, Surgical General Field Sales & Account Management

Responsibilities

• Manage local surgical account relationships and foster long-term business partnerships to achieve sales targets.
• Drive sales growth and promotion within designated accounts to meet commercial goals.
• Develop customer development strategies and dedicated account management action plans.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts while guiding company initiatives for targeted accounts.
• Analyze market situations and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
• Mentor and coach junior sales associates to develop an effective and high-performing sales team.
• Organize customer events and programs in collaboration with marketing and medical departments.
• Ensure strict adherence to GxP regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management and sales planning.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and market analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
• Experience working within GxP compliance frameworks.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans for a designated client base.
