About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage local surgical account relationships and foster long-term business partnerships to achieve sales targets.
- Drive sales growth and promotion within designated accounts to meet commercial goals.
- Develop customer development strategies and dedicated account management action plans.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts while guiding company initiatives for targeted accounts.
- Analyze market situations and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Mentor and coach junior sales associates to develop an effective and high-performing sales team.
- Organize customer events and programs in collaboration with marketing and medical departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to GxP regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management and sales planning.
- Strong skills in contract negotiation and market analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
- Experience working within GxP compliance frameworks.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans for a designated client base.
