Sr. Associate III, ERP Business Analysis

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level design and business requirements into scalable SAP system solutions, specifically focusing on the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) function
• Develop system designs that adhere to architectural roadmaps and support global template philosophy
• Perform scoping and fit-gap workshops for projects and enhancements, providing effort estimations and proposed solutions
• Ensure developed solutions are peer-reviewed, formally documented, and meet quality, performance, and security standards
• Provide governance and maintenance to the Global I2C template and offer elevated support to the AMS team for production incidents
• Manage global responsibility for SAP design across Accounts Receivable, Receivables Management, and Cash application

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical stream
• 4-6 years of experience in IT/business consultancy and SAP implementation within an international environment
• Proven experience in SAP ECC/S4 implementations, including detailed process analysis and system architecture
• Hands-on knowledge in SAP Receivables Management (SAP RM) or FSCM (Collection, Credit, and Dispute Management)
• Experience with middleware integration such as CPI or Mulesoft to connect SAP with external systems
• Technical competency in IDOC, XML, and JSON monitoring
• Ability to work shifts from 12 PM to 9 PM IST
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with S4/HANA FI-AR functionalities
• Knowledge of SAP cloud-based systems and their connectivity to backend environments
• Understanding of Customer/BP Master data and period-end closing processes
• Experience in the Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Device industries
• Familiarity with FDA Computer System Validation processes
