Sr. Associate II, ERP Business Analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to SAP SD functional analysis, design, and solution delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP SD solutions aligned with best practices.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of sales documents, including inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and deliveries.
• Configure and implement SAP LE processes and pricing procedures (condition tables, access sequences, etc.).
• Handle interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems, including IDOC issue resolution and e-invoicing.
• Drive continuous improvement through system enhancements and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in SAP SD module functionalities.
• Strong functional and configuration knowledge in SAP SD, including Enterprise Structure and Master Data.
• Proven experience with sales order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management.
• Hands-on experience with IDOC handling and system interfaces.
• Proficiency with both ASAP (Waterfall) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work the shift from 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
