Sr. Associate I, Software Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional innovation POD, setting technical direction and delivery approach for advanced platform initiatives.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture, including data flows, APIs, integration patterns, and cloud infrastructure.
• Drive experimentation and Proof of Concepts (POCs) through to production-grade, scalable solutions.
• Design and integrate intelligent capabilities, including modern retrieval approaches, embeddings, and prompt-driven workflows.
• Ensure all solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate complex technical designs and trade-offs to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solution or systems architecture within complex environments.
• Strong experience with cloud-native platforms, APIs, and microservices.
• Hands-on exposure to modern intelligent system patterns, such as retrieval techniques, embeddings, and prompt-driven workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or PODs.
• Ability to work within the specified shift of 11 AM to 8 PM IST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling innovative capabilities from initial POC to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Familiarity with governance and responsible practices for intelligent systems.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries.
