About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end order processing, including intake, validation, modification, and closure for sales, returns, samples, and equipment.
  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately in alignment with internal policies and service standards.
  • Manage backorder communications with customers and the sales team.
  • Monitor order status throughout the order-to-delivery cycle to identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
  • Maintain compliance with SLAs, delivery commitments, and operational KPIs.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance data accuracy.
  • Support regional projects focused on digitalization and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both Korean and English (Mandatory).
  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or the medical device field.
  • Strong ERP and operational expertise.
  • Ability to work in Kuala Lumpur following 1-2 months of training in Seoul, Korea.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with projects related to Supply Chain Management.
  • Previous experience working within the medical device industry.
