About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and pricing master data within SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure data consistency and completeness.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts and relative attributes to enable efficient sales transactions.
  • Verify documentation accuracy for updating customer and price master data in SAP.
  • Execute contract operations by creating and maintaining digital contracts using templates and DocuSign.
  • Prepare cyclical and on-demand reports based on business requirements.
  • Respond to sales inquiries in Japanese regarding master data and contract status.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Ability to work according to Japan working hours.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask with speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous study or work experience in Japan.
  • Experience working in a job transfer capacity with Japanese stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
