Responsibilities
- Develop presentations and reports by synthesizing data for leadership and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional coordination to align timelines and deliverables
- Maintain organization of communication, notes, and ongoing deliverables
- Participate in special projects to support the LA28 Food Vision
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Sports Management, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sports, entertainment, or project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Loop)
- Working knowledge of project management tools
- Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SmartSheet
- Passion for sports, large-scale events, or the Olympic and Paralympic movement
