Sr. Associate, Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage Equipment Financial Agreements (EFA) for the Surgical business in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Discuss equipment financing options with sales teams and assist in negotiating contract terms with customers
• Analyze financial data and prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including KPIs and price erosion analysis
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Regional EFA Center of Excellence
• Apply accounting principles to analyze P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and consolidated reporting
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure correct revenue recognition in coordination with Financial Reporting & Accounting
• Monitor contract performance and provide accurate data to the EFA Committee
• Coordinate with Business Planning, Commercial, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to resolve operational topics
• Implement EFA-related finance policies and contribute to improving management reporting processes

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Mathematics, or a comparable field
• Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Structured, accurate, and self-driven working style
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an analyst or finance-related role
