Sr Associate Finance OPS

Responsibilities

• Fulfill FP&A duties across Operations, including consolidation of close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Manage the calendar for FP&A timelines and deliverables for each reporting cycle
• Work with FP&A planners across Operations sites and functions to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Prepare summary slides for the Operations Board of Directors and update presentations for senior leadership
• Manage consolidation templates, files, and reports
• Assist in deriving the story behind financial variances and submit accruals and explanations for Admin planned cost centers
• Pull data from Hyperion for ad hoc analysis and create kickoff decks for planning cycles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Finance or Accounting
• 1.5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in accounting, budgeting, and planning
• Familiarity with enterprise planning and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Oracle Hyperion, or SAP

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or experience in cost accounting and/or manufacturing finance
• Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion, ANAPLAN, AI tools, or other large ERP and consolidation tools
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience supporting senior leaders as an FP&A business partner or in an advisory capacity
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and executive communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work autonomously
