Sr Associate Field Effectiveness

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from Veeva CRM, distribution partners, claims, and patient services to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct analysis of Field Sales execution to assess reach, frequency, HCP engagement trends, and account targeting effectiveness.
• Support territory alignments, roster updates, and call-plan execution.
• Ensure operational delivery of field tools including Veeva CRM, Next Best Action dashboards, and digital companion tools.
• Assist with field size, structure, and deployment analyses to optimize coverage and targeting.
• Enhance field productivity through call planning, coverage optimization, and periodic targeting audits.
• Ensure all analytics and reports adhere to promotional and non-promotional compliance requirements.
• Track and manage issues and action items using systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, and/or field effectiveness.
• OR Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, and/or field effectiveness.
• Proven experience in sales analytics or sales operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Hands-on ability to write SQL queries and perform data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Veeva.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
