Sr. Associate, Email Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own the development of first-draft email copy including body, subject lines, and preview text across the fan lifecycle
• Propose and refine data-driven personalization strategies in collaboration with CRM Operations
• Act as the central point for gathering and synthesizing cross-functional feedback to streamline review cycles
• Lead the email experimentation pipeline through A/B testing on copy, subject lines, and CTAs
• Build and maintain reusable email messaging frameworks, templates, and playbooks
• Coordinate campaign timelines and manage the lifecycle calendar
• Validate all copy, links, personalization logic, and brand alignment prior to deployment
• Partner with Fan Data & Analytics to translate performance trends into actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years in email copywriting, content strategy, or lifecycle marketing
• Portfolio demonstrating conversion-oriented email copy across different audience types
• Experience working with personalization and dynamic content concepts
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
• Process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex analytics into clear stories for business teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Experience supporting inbound email inquiries
• Background in sports, events, ticketing, or live entertainment data
