Sr Associate Data Visualization

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability
• Integrate data assets with AI capabilities to drive Agile Lean Portfolio analytics
• Enforce data governance through data access management and business approval processes
• Support ad-hoc reporting needs and document reporting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5-9 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau
• Experience with AI Bot/n8n or similar automation tools
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts
• Proven experience working in global teams and product-oriented environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools such as Azure ML, Python, or AutoML
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Experience applying the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
