Sr Associate Data Management

Responsibilities

• Drive data operations and platform enhancements for specific therapeutic brands and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between stakeholders (Field Excellence, Brand Analytics, Forecasting) and technology teams.
• Partner with product teams to execute features using Agile/SAFe methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, and testing.
• Manage big data platform infrastructure built on AWS and Databricks, ensuring data refreshes meet established SLAs.
• Oversee the intake and triage of requests, distinguishing between incidents and enhancements.
• Work with syndicated data sets (IQVIA, DDD, Xponent) and internal CRM/Patient data to enable connected data sets.
• Support the implementation of advanced technologies such as automated anomaly detection and Gen AI capabilities.
• Facilitate work transitions and create robust documentation for data flows and business processes.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of relevant data management experience.
• Proven experience working in global, cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS and Databricks.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data profiling.
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the life sciences commercial data domain, specifically with Data Platforms and Patient Data.
• Understanding of syndicated commercial data sets and their specific use cases.
• Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in a multinational corporate setting.
