Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics including fill rate, delivery adherence, and quality.
• Drive vendor compliance with established processes and guidelines.
• Proactively improve catalog quality and automate manual reports to meet business requirements.
• Resolve vendor queries and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in vendor operations.
• Own catalog-related workstreams and publish key updates and dashboards.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation for reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management or business operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data-driven business operations processes.
• Familiarity with automation tools and reporting frameworks.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
