Sr. Associate, Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships to achieve or exceed sales objectives in the Baltimore, MD territory.
• Drive territory sales and margin growth through proactive account management.
• Retain and renew current maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction.
• Conduct sales planning and needs assessments to identify expansion opportunities within the existing installed base.
• Partner with the branch business development team to identify new opportunities.
• Manage the CRM pipeline to provide accurate forecasting and track sales results.
• Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with the Operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of outside sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft-based computer software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property management sales.
• Experience in HVAC sales.
