Sr Associate Account Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of customers under management guidance
• Support regional account management activities, including fee management and service delivery
• Apply corporate finance and sector knowledge to support client interactions and fee discussions
• Liaise with external parties to resolve data, billing, and invoice-related inquiries
• Coordinate and participate in customer meetings, including sourcing and collating relevant materials
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Support, Operations, Billing, and Collections
• Maintain accurate customer agreements and fee information within internal databases
• Travel domestically approximately 20% of the time to support business needs

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry
• Solid working knowledge of capital markets
• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the corporate finance space or sector-specific experience (e.g., real estate, gaming, chemicals)
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and interest in using AI tools for process efficiency
