Sr Assoc, Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Design and optimize production layouts and workstations
• Increase productivity of production lines
• Reduce waste and non-value-added activities
• Generate annual savings through strategic continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement
• Proven participation in Lean Manufacturing projects
• Hands-on experience conducting time and motion studies
