Sr Assoc-Events & Outreach

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of regional events across North America, from strategic brief through execution and post-event reporting
• Shape event strategy by translating business objectives and brand positioning into compelling live and hybrid experiences
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with brand, content, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration across workstreams
• Direct all logistics including venues, production, vendors, catering, registration, and on-site execution
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and risk management, making real-time decisions under pressure
• Define and track performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, and ROI to drive continuous improvement
• Champion the use of digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled systems to elevate planning and data analysis

Requirements

• 2–3 years of progressive experience in event management, experiential marketing, or brand activations
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs from strategy through execution
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and multi-vendor relationships at scale
• Proficiency with event technology platforms, registration tools, and CRM software
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
