About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive executive and administrative support to deal teams throughout the life of sell-side transactions.
  • Oversee local control and reporting activities for assigned lines of business.
  • Align executive assistant support with business priorities and drive operational improvements using technology such as LLM, Copilot, and MS Teams.
  • Govern core business processes to ensure compliance with key policies and practices.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with functional groups to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Partner with senior leaders to gather feedback and support administrative needs.
  • Utilize AI for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization to ensure well-coordinated execution of tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive administrative support or operational management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple audiences.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong control orientation with a focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work during core US hours.
  • Proactive mindset regarding the adoption of emerging AI solutions for process efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing administrative support within a financial firm or a background in finance or operations.
