Sr Area Manufacturing Engineer - Probe Quality

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain QMS execution for probe, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, procedures, and audit requirements
• Drive effective use of organizational transition processes, document control, and standard work
• Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities for systemic manufacturing issues
• Partner with Quality teams to support internal and external audits and ensure manufacturing processes are stable and capable
• Evaluate manufacturing changes for quality and execution risk using methodologies such as FMEA
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality and manufacturing data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or related field
• 3-5 years of experience working with quality control frameworks in manufacturing settings
• Experience leading standardized ISO and IETF audits
• Working knowledge of process control, standard work, and root cause analysis methodologies
• Strong analytical, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically in probe or test environments
• Hands-on experience supporting internal or external QMS audits
• 3-5 years of experience with CAPA, change control, and document management systems
• Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and control plans
