Sr. Analyst, Solution Consulting

Responsibilities

• Drive Philippine credit solution consulting services by identifying client business issues and developing data-driven solutions.
• Create segmentations and analyses utilizing credit behavior data to meet specific lender needs and use-cases.
• Identify customer and industry needs, perform data analysis, and respond to key business issues for qualified accounts.
• Develop, present, and demonstrate solution capabilities with ROI proposals to potential customers.
• Manage complex consulting assignments and key projects related to new business opportunities and existing services.
• Partner with sales teams to contribute to account strategy, product positioning, and sales deal closing.
• Facilitate workshops to uncover critical customer business issues and translate technical information into compelling stories.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a credit-consulting or analytics-consulting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically advanced PowerPoint skills for storytelling.
• Strong statistical programming skills (SAS, R, or Python) for segmentation, validation, or monitoring.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis.
• Exceptional problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end client engagements and complex projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management (e.g., MBA or MSc).
• Experience with Design Thinking or similar workshop facilitation approaches.
• Hands-on experience combining data, analytics, and technology to deliver business solutions.
• Prior experience in launching or selling solutions to clients.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications within the banking and financial services industry.
