Sr. Analyst SAP Functional (FICO)

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage project team resources to accomplish objectives on time and within budget
• Take complete ownership of implementation, enhancement, and support for SAP FI/CO, PS, PP, and SD modules
• Design SAP non-standard developments, interfaces, and additional finance processes
• Work with stakeholders to define functional requirements and provide functional solutions
• Manage master data structures, transactional data, user roles, and authorizations
• Oversee documentation of business requirements and define application solutions in alignment with organizational goals
• Conduct end-user training and develop training curriculum
• Participate in the complete development lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation
• Propose and research IT business solutions and manage proofs of concept (POC)

Requirements

• 7-10 years of project management experience
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO (General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, etc.)
• Proficiency in SAP PS (WBS, Project Planning, Budgeting, and Integration)
• Knowledge of SAP PP (Master Data, MRP, BOM, Capacity Planning, and Production Lifecycle)
• Experience with SAP SD (Revenue Accounting, Sales, Shipping, and Billing)
• Strong coordination and cross-team collaboration skills
• Exposure to Change Management
