Sr Analyst-Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute economic logic and analytical solutions to drive profitable credit business actions
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable business insights and create innovative solutions
• Leverage the American Express closed-loop network to make intelligent and relevant risk decisions
• Innovate using big data and machine learning to develop advanced risk management approaches
• Articulate and structure business findings clearly for leadership and key cross-functional partners
• Maintain an external lens on developments within Finance, Payments, and Analytics

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0-18 months of experience in analytics
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex, unstructured initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive project deliverables
• Ability to integrate and collaborate with cross-functional business partners worldwide
