About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform sophisticated analytics to support global Sales, Services, and Marketing decisions and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Translate complex data sets into impactful insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports for leadership and field teams.
  • Prepare and present data-driven narratives for audiences ranging from field sales to senior executive leadership.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with sales leaders to drive key initiatives and measurable results across business segments.
  • Manage inbound requests for ad hoc analyses, reporting needs, and process or system enhancement requests.
  • Partner with Salesforce and BI teams to implement process and data optimizations.
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards for various business scenarios.
  • Oversee Salesforce.com (SFDC) data stewardship, including dashboard creation, report upkeep, and end-user support.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics, operations, or strategy role.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with the design and development of ETL processes.
  • Experience working with Snowflake or other relational databases.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate business requirements clearly.
  • Experience measuring and improving operational efficiency and scale.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tableau or Preset/Superset.
  • Background in finance or advanced data analytics.
  • Understanding of professional sales processes.
