About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of WiFi devices, including gateways and extenders, for residential Xfinity customers
- Create financial models to track device upgrade performance against forecasts and support long-term planning
- Build business cases to prioritize team projects and advocate for resource allocation
- Write clear business requirements for technical teams to guide development and project execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute Go-To-Market plans for new product launches
- Monitor key post-launch metrics to identify opportunities for product and experience improvements
- Ensure customer support teams, including technicians and retail employees, are trained and prepared for new product deployments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with PowerPoint presentation design and visual storytelling
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred, specifically in roles focused on customer value
